Service details, pricing, and deliverables are specified in individual service agreements.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit our services
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access

Client Data and Confidentiality

Your Data, Your Property

Any business data you provide to WebDozo (customer lists, campaign data, engagement metrics) remains your property. We process this data solely to deliver the services you've engaged us for.

Our Commitments

• We will not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties except as needed to deliver services
• We will not use your customer data to market to your customers directly
• We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We will provide data export upon request at no additional charge

Data Retention

Upon termination of services:

• You may request export of your business data
• Data is retained for 30-90 days to allow for transition
• After this period, data is securely deleted upon request

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guaranteed Results

Business results vary based on many factors including market conditions, competition, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or lead volumes.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

AI-Powered Services

Our services utilize artificial intelligence and automation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the final approval of any content published on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

WebDozo retains ownership of our proprietary systems, methods, templates, and tools. Service delivery does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Your Property

You retain ownership of your business data, brand assets, and any original content you provide.

License to Deliver Services

You grant WebDozo a limited license to use your brand assets and content solely for delivering the services you've engaged us for.

Payment Terms

• Pricing as quoted in your service agreement
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins
• Monthly fees are billed in advance
• Payment terms as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WebDozo's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebDozo from claims arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your content or business data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

By You

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to your service agreement terms.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for fees incurred through termination date
• Data export is available upon request
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebDozo.
